Nokia will soon place HERE Maps in Microsoft's online Windows Store. It will be free to download for the PC or tablet running Windows 8.1 and Windows 8.1 RT. It will be available in North America and Europe further followed by other regions of the world.
In Windows 8.1, Nokia HERE Maps will have the same features as Windows 8 with some useful updates like loading maps upto four times faster, combining vector, high resolution satellite and 3D maps, points of interest, search and route planning. Nokia HERE Maps will also keep tracks of user's search history.
Mouse and Keyboard support along with touchscreen. The entire world map can be downloaded and used offline.
Eager user's have to keep looking on the Windows Store for Nokia HERE Maps for few days.
